#211 Lola Mummy Card for Crafty Sprouts Challenge

Hi everyone!! Today is an all new challenge over at Crafty Sprouts the challenge is to make anything with the colors red, black, and slime green! You do not need to use Crafty Sprouts stamps or Simply Betty Stamps to enter the challenge. We were sponsored by Simply Betty Stamps with different Halloween stamps, I used "Lola Mummy" isn't she cool! I colored her with my Prismacolor pencils, and stamped the sentiment with Crafty Sprouts "Totally Witchn" stamp set.

#210 Sandy Claus Long Card

Hi everyone! I know it's a lot later then my normal posting time, but I just had to enter the Simply Betty Facebook challenge. The challenge is to use any Christmas stamp from Simply Betty Stamps. I totally forgot that I had this awesome freebie from last December that I've never used yet.... what's wrong with me?? I LOVE this stamp so much!!

I colored Sandy Claus with my Prismacolor pencils, and added a spiderweb border with my MS punch and bling. The sentiment is from Crafty Sprouts "Have a cool Yule" (Christmas stamps). I also added some tiny bats and Stickles to the white parts. This card is very long it measures 4 x 8.5 inches and fits perfectly in a long business envelope.

#209 She Devil Halloween Card

Hi everyone here's a quick card I made with The Greeting Farm stamps She Devil Digi stamp. I colored her by using Distress inks, stamped the sentiment with Crafty Sprouts Totally Witchn stamp set. The bat border is from a Martha Stewart punch.

#208 Totally Witchn' Card

Hi everyone, today's a brand new This To That Challenge over at The Digi Bistro Cher's Studio Blog and this week's challenge is to use any tag on any project. I made a Halloween card with 3 different SVG files from The Digi Bistro store. I used the scallop shape from the Stylish Edges SVG set, the tag is from Tag It! Svg set, and of course the witches awesome legs and shoes are from Pick Your Posion SVG set. The sentiment is from Crafty Sprouts Totally Witchn stamp set. I also added ribbon and bling with my i-rock on the tag. The embossing was done with my Cuttlebug and I inked it up with Distress ink.

I added 2 layers of pop dots for dimension!

#207 Crafty Sprouts Sketch Challenge

Hi everyone! Sorry I haven't posted anything in a week, as most of you know I am pregnant so that means I am so super tired ALL THE TIME!!! I feel like I can't function or even think about crafting, on top of that I have been having a lot of bad back problems. So please don't give up on me or forget about me, I treasure all of you!!!

For http://www.craftysprouts.com/ challenge this week it's a sketch challenge and we are sponsored by the awesome Greeting Farm Stamps and the winner will receive a 4x6 rubber stamp set of your choice! You do not have to use Greeting Farm Stamps to enter the challenge, you can use whatever you have even die cuts! For my card I chose to use the "Peace" stamp from TGFS and colored them using 2 different techniques, 1- Distress inks (Left), Prismacolor pencils (right) and added bling with my I-rock and  stamped the sentiment with Crafty Sprouts stamps "Let's go blog hopping".

For the back of my card I stamped the Besties barcode stamp from Crafty Sprouts "Besties for Life"

For my card I decided to go with the very sweet and lovely Angel Anya Stamp and I chose to use Crafty Sprouts "Have A COOL YULE" stamp set which is a Christmas/Holiday stamp set! I colored Angel Anya with markers and added Stickles to her wings and halo. I added 2 borders with my Martha Stewart snowflake punch that I purchased last season which I love!!!!

#205 Crafty Sprouts Sneak Peek #3 Halloween Mouse Card

Hi everyone welcome to day 3 of Crafty Sprouts sneak peek New Releases. For today's release we all got to create something with this really cut Halloween stamp set called TOTALLY WITCHIN. For my card I used the trick or treating mouse from the Happy Hauntings Cricut Cartridge and stamped a Peachy Keen pumpkin face on the candy bucket. I also did faux stitching, inking with distress ink, add a border with my Drippy goo punch and also added some buttons.

Here you can see the dimension from using 2 layers of pop dots!

For the back of the card I just couldn't resist using Crafty Sprouts "TOTALLY WITCHIN" Halloween barcode stamp I love these!!

#204 Crafty Sprouts Sneak Peek #2 Scenery Frog card

Hi everyone!! Welcome to day 2 of Crafty Sprouts new releases! Today we are all previewing the Let's Go Blog Hopping Stamp Set. I made a scenery card using The Digi Bistro's Hoppy Little Frogs SVG set for everything and also used The Digi Bistro's Spring Bloom SVG set for the faux water which is actually a flower! I did a lot of faux stitching here and added pop dots under the grass and under the frog. I added some googly eyes to the frog for a fun look. I made this card so I can start sending cards out to the blog hop hostesses of my upcoming hops =)

#203 Crafty Spouts Sneak Peek #1 Christmas Easel Card

***This is my 2nd post today please scroll down to next post for my Digi Bistro DT Halloween Easel card****

Hi everyone I am super excited to show you the CRAFTY SPROUTS New Releases Sneak Peek #1. Today the DT will be previewing the Christmas stamp set called "COOL YULE". I decided to make another Easel card because I am totally hooked, this is my 3rd one in a row LOL! For this sweet gingerbread girl I stamped her with the Peachy Keen large gingerbread stamp on Kraft paper, then colored her with markers and added Stickles to the white parts. I also added a border with my Apron Lace border punch and stamped the sentiment "Making Spirits Bright" with Crafty Spouts new release stamp "COOL YULE" that will be available for purchase HERE on Friday 9/16. I also had to go all out and add a bunch of large bling pieces LOL, love them!!!

This is what the card looks like closed and completely flat.

#202 Spooky Cat Easel Card

Hi everyone! Here's a spooky cat card I made for  The Digi Bistro's Easel card challenge. I used the cat from the  Halloween Town SVG set and stamped the face with PKS! The sentiments Boo... Did I scare you are from Crafty Spouts Monster Kisses stamp set. I also added a spiderweb border from my MS punch and added bling. I inked up and Distress the edges with Tim Holtz Spiced Marmalade distress ink.

#201 Jukebox Easel Birthday Card and Blog Hop Winner

Hi everyone! Here's my 1st ever Easel Card that I made for http://paperplaytime.blogspot.com/ our challenge this week is to make an Easel Card.

I made this card for my mom's b-day she love's 50's retro things! I cut the jukebox from the Nifty Fifties Cricut cartridge and added Stickles to it. For the bottom layer I added a border and buttons and the sentiment is from Crafty Sprouts "Are you ready to rock" stamp set.

#200 Back to School/Fall Blog Hop Tigger card

Hi everyone welcome to the Back to school/Fall Blog Hop hosted by Sylvia from http://www.bellascrapbookdesigns.blogspot.com/ if you are here from Sylvia's blog you are in the right spot!!  

Yay I'm so excited I reached 200 projects today this year on my blog....only 165 to go to reach my goal of making 365 projects in 365 days!!!

Since we were allowed to make a Fall project I decided to whip out my Pooh and Friends Cricut cartridge since I knew there were a lot of Fall images on that cart.  The leaves, wheel barrel, and Tigger are all from Pooh and Friends. I used my brand new Fall border punch from Fiskars that I purchased at Joann's I think it is so cute with those little scallop shapes! the sentiment says "Hippity Hoppity Happy"!

#199 Hello Kitty Shaped Halloween Card

Happy Friday!! I can not believe that we are already in our second week of September.... wow this year is going by sooooo fast! I feel like just months ago I was creating Halloween stuff for last year and now it's that time of year again lol!

I made this shaped Hello Kitty card using the Hello Kitty Greeting Cricut cartridge the size measures 5x7inches and I stamped the face using Peachy Keen stamps... simple eyes, and noses! I highly recommend getting them because that's 3 little layers you don't have to mess with!

#198 Friendship Card

Hi everyone here's a sweet little card I made using The Greeting Farm Stamps Daisy and Crafty Sprouts Besties For Life stamp set. I also added buttons, a Prima flower, ribbon and bling with my i-rock.

Just a reminder I have a few things coming up this week.... Saturday 9/10 I'm going to be in a School/Fall themed Blog Hop.

#197 Halloween Tag for The Digi Bistro

Hi  everyone! I hope you all had a nice long Holiday weekend! Here's a large 6x3 inch tag I made using the Tag It! SVG set from The Digi Bistro. The ghost is from the new release which won't be released until this Friday 9/9 at The Digi Bistro store called "Pick Your Poison" it's a really cute Halloween set with 18 SVG's included! 

I also embossed the tag with my Cuttlebug and distressed it a little and sprayed with 3 different colors of Glimmer Mist to give it some sparkle. I used my Drippy goo punch for the border and also made my own embellishment using patterned paper and cereal box chipboard for the sentiment! I also added ribbon and a button to the top and stamped the face with PKS Happy New Year Faces.

#196 Crafty Sprouts Shaped Card Challenge

Hi everyone it's time for a new challenge at  the Crafty Sprouts Blog and this week's challenge is to make a shaped card how easy it that!! I found this circle shaped card on the Birthday Bash Cricut cartridge, and the monster/alien guy is from the Boys Will Be Boys Cricut cart. I embossed the orange paper with my Cuttlebug and stamped the sentiment with Crafty Sprouts MONSTER KISSES stamp set. If you haven't got a chance to try these stamps out... I highly recommend them, they are all a nice large size perfect for any size card you want to create! I stamped the face with Peachy Keen Stamps, we are also sponsored by Peachy Keen Stamps!!

#195 Labor of Love Blog Hop Halloween Banner


Hi everyone welcome to the Labor Of Love Blog Hop hosted by ELLEN and MADISON if you are here from LISA Bit by the Cricut Bug then you are in the right spot! This is a wonderful hop all about making Halloween banners for some very special kids in a Children's Hospital that Ellen works at. Everyone participating in this hop which is 40+ people are ALL going to send there lovely banners to the hospital so the kids can proudly display in their rooms!


Here's a banner I made with some bight neon green and neon orange papers! I cut the banner flag from Birthday Bash, and all of the spooky Halloween shapes are from the Pumpkin Carvings Cricut cart.

Here's so close-ups of the banner each flag is 7 inches long, the entire banner is 4.5 feet long. I added a spiderweb border to each flag with my new Martha Stewart Spiderweb punch. I hung them all on black & White twine and inked up each banner with Black distress ink.
