***Please Click HERE to continue the THANK  YOU CARDS BLOG HOP with another Give Away***

Happy New Year everyone!! I am so super excited to be in this amazing hop to celebrate my sister Joanna's 25 birthday and also her one year Blog Anniversary and this is her first time ever hosting a hop all on her own I am very proud of her!  It is also my one year anniversary of blogging but I feel like it doesn't really count since I took a 4 month break from blogging, but I promise I will celebrate in May, because that's when I became fully committed to my blog. Since we are in a brand new year I am going to start my New Year's resolution again and make 365 projects or more in 365 days and I hope you guys will be there to experience all of the fun with me!

If you are here from Ruthie September Ninth then you are in the right spot. If you just started the hope wnd would like to start at the beginning please go to my sister Joanna's blog Scrap- Making. Here is the blog hop lineup:

For my celebration project I decided to make a box set of Birthday Cards for those last minute birthday's that you can have handy. The box is from a cart that I have been wanting forever and I got it for free on my Gypsy!! Yeah!! It's from Tags, bags boxes and more! All of the cuts including the scallop squares, circles, images cards and envelopes are all from the Walmart Lite cart Slumber Party, I LOVE that cart. The cuts are so easy to layer they remind me a lot like Create A Critter layering. Eventhough I don't have a little girl I think I could use a lot of these for other stuff, like boy, baby or even party invites. I think this is my one cart that I got a lot of cuts from right away on the first time using it.
Here is the front of the box, I used the glitter paper from the Spring Glitter Cardstock stack DCVW. I also cut the scallop square with the same paper to match since this is the "Display" card. I added a Prima Flower and a button to the side.

I added a white brad here for decorations. I originally was playing around with it to make some sort of closure but it didn't work out LOL!

Here you can see the transperancy and bling eyes.

This is what it looks like right when you open it.

Here is my first card. The skull , scallop sqaure and card base are all from Slumber Party. I stamped the sentiment and added stickles to the bow.

The present, circle and card base are all from Slumber Party. I stamped the sentiment and wrote "Just For You" on the tag.

Here's the cute little bear it reminds me of the mean Pink Bear from Toy Story 3! The background square is connected to the bear.

Mmmm birthday cupcake! This cupcake is also from Slumber Party.

Here I stamped all of the envelopes. The envelopes are all from Slumber Party.

I adhered my envelope with my ATG gun and it's sticks real good! I put a small piece of  adhesive tape on the flap so all you have to do is peel the blue part off and it sticks.
Here is what the back of the box looks like along with the 2 brads.

For my blog candy I am Giving away a set of Recollections birthday stamps in honor of my sister Joanna's birthday celebration! To win these stamps all you have to do is BE A FOLLOWER and tell me if you have any big plans in 2011....Crafting Wise. My big plans are to make and POST my projects everyday and try to be on more design teams and try to get published! That is my ultimate Dream!

Here is a Christmas pic of us when we were little ME on the left, Joanna the birthday girl in the middle, and our non-blog sister Patty on the right.

And here is our most recent picture together this was taken at our grandma's house last week on Christmas EVE. Joanna is in the front left, and I'm right next to her. The other 2 are our little sister's Patty and Victoria. My mom had 4 girls and no boys. Go figure....and I get a boy LOL!

Happy happy happy Birthday Joanna! I love you so much and I can't believe my little sister is already a Quarter of a Century! Thank you so much for inspiring me everyday with your amazing talent and letting me come over you house and always giving me a stash of cards that I love to put on display in my scrapbook room! Thank you so much for forcing me against my will to buy a Cricut and a Cuttlebug and to start a blog LOL! J/K! Okay she didn't really force me but she sure sweet talked me into getting one! I hope you guys have a fabulous year in 2011 I really hope all of your wildest dreams come true! Now lets continue the the CELEBRATION by heading over to Tammy Scrappy Critters.

P.S. Pease scroll down for my other hop that I am in called the Thank You Cards Blog Hop

I plan on creating and selling more cards, mini albums, sets of cards, gift card holders and coupon books and homemade bath salts and essential oil blends! Phew, my ambitions are high, hopefully my energy will be! LOL

Happy Birthday to Joanna!!! :) I love seeing the pictures of you & your 3 sisters! (My great-grandmother had 4 girls, too, and they reminded me of Little Women! She raised them to be such strong, independent girls!)

I love your boxed card set!!! :) And I am so impressed with how often you create & post (I bet posting takes tons of time, too!)-especially with a 2 year old boy (who is a cutie, by the way)!

My goal for 2011 is to join some challenges (once I get my craft room up & running-we recently moved)-one a week (?)! I'll start small (& hopefully work up to your lofy goal in a few years-a new creation every day!)! ;)
