#86 April Bunny Blog Hop

Hi everyone welcome to the April Bunny Blog Hop hosted by Jacqueline if you just arrived here from  Linda's blog then you are in the right spot! If you would like to start from the beginning please click HERE. I was super excited when Jacqueline asked me to be in her hop especially since I don't really get to make that much Easter stuff since I tend to just get the store bought things, well I think I am going to be very crafty this Easter especially since I love the outcome of my project below, it's perfect for any occassion! Jacqueline has several wonderful sponsors to qualify for her blog candy and grand prizes you must complete the entire hop and then post about the April Bunny Hop on your blog good luck!

For my bunny project I decided to use a forgotten cart which is a Cricut LITE cart called Four Legged Friends. The bunny is from that cart and I stamped the sentiment "Hoppy Spring" with a rubber stamp from Michael's $1 bin. I cut the brown paper bag to 5x 6.5 inches and used my corner rounder punch and also a Fiskars border punch.  I stamped the bunny's face with Peachy Keen Stamps Critter Faces XL. To make the bag close I punched 2 holes in the middle with my crop a dile and tied a ribbon bow closure. I originally saw this fantastic idea from 350 Cards and Gifts Magazine. I have to say I love the outcome of this little Easter treat bag, I can not believe that we as crafters can turn something that used to be ugly to something pretty lol! I got a huge pack of 200 lunch bags at Walmart for around $2, I've also seen them at the dollar store.
