Kich Goes Irish Card

Hi everyone today is Design Team day over at KICH N BLEUS DESIGNS. This months release is called Kich Goes Irish collection and you can purchase the entire set HERE just in time for St. Patty's Day!! I colored the stamp with Prismacolor pencils and added some stickles and stamped the sentiment that says "Everyone is Irish for a Day" from a Studio G stamp. Hi everyone I am super excited to share that I will be a designer for my sweet friend Scrapbookaholic By Abby!! For those of you who don't know who she is you are missing out! #62 I Love Groovy Times!

Happy Saturday everyone! I hope you all are having a good weekend so far, here is a card I made a few days ago with my new favorite cartridge GROOVY TIMES!! I love that cart and I think I may love it even more then the Nifty Fifties cart woo-hoo!!

I had a special request to make some cards to sell since I do not have an etsy account just yet, I have really been thinking abou opening one  lately. Anways, this fabulous car which I think might be a '68 or '69 Camaro (which has always been a dream car of mine since high school !) is from Groovy Times, the frame is from Fabulous Finds, and I stamped the sent. from a Stampendous stamp set from M's and added 4 metallic brads to the corners.

#61 Jenn's Birthday Hop

If you would like to start at the beginning please click HERE.  In honor of Jenn's b-day and her love of turtles we are all making a project with a turtle on it! Thank you so much Jenn for letting me be part of your Birthday celebration! Happy Birthday Jenn!!

For this card I cut the turtle from CAC and embossed the shell with my Cuttlebug, stamped the face with PKS, and added a bow on her head. I punched a border with an MS punch and added 3 different ribbons to the top. I also stamped the sentiment with an old fashioned stamp set from Inkadinkado.

Now onto some BLOG CANDY!! Since St. Patrick's Day is right around the corner I decided to give away this Studio G St. Patrick's Day stamp set to one lucky follower just leave me a comment! #60 Dancing Mouse card

Hi everyone today is an all new challenge at my other blog FLAUNT IT FRIDAY'S and this week's challenge is anything goes as long as it's from TWINKLE TOES!! Yay! I love that cart! It worked out perfect because Ii got to use my new Peachy Keen Stamps. The mouse is from TT, the tutu was embossed with a V-day embossing folder in my Cuttlebug., The sentiment is from hero Arts, I also experimented with some Perfect Pearls here and I love them!

Hello everyone today is the New Release day for these wonderful Dylan and Friends stamps over at http://www.digitaldelightsbyloubyloo.com/. The stamps I used here are EASTER DAISY and EASTER ACCESSORIES you may see the entitre collection HERE along with some Design Team inspiration! I am so excited because I feel like I've reached a new milestone in my creativity because I feel like I have been able to take my creativity to the next level by having the opportunity to create with these wonderful stamps, thank you Wendy!!

The flower paper is from K &Co, the embossing was done with 2 Quick Kuts embossing folders in my Cuttlebug. The stamp sent. is from Emma's Creative Time stamps. The butterfly is from a MS punch, I added some ribbon and some stickles to Easter Daisy. I colored her and the Easter basket and eggs with Prismacolor pencils, these are the regular pencils not the watercolor ones.

Create a Book Blog Hop

Hello everyone welcome to the CREATE A BOOK today - March 2nd is Read Across America Day and in honor of the day we are creating books! Page 1-Here is a mini album book I made in honor of my son and his name Aidan. All of the papers and some of the embellishments are from a Me and My Big Ideas Kit. I stamped the sentiment with an Autumn Leaves stamp (Michael's) and added bling and a heart/flower embellishment chipboard sticker.

Here's a pull out tag that I sprayed with Glimmer Mist and did some journaling about our day.

Page 2-The monkey tag is a die cut from K & CO I am giving the monkey tag away as Blog Candy....see below. I layered 2 layers of cereal box chipboard under the monkey. The sentiment is from CLOUD 9 stamps (Joann's).

Page3- I also stamped this beautiful sentiment from CLOUD 9 stamps (boy stamp set Joann's) and sprayed with Gold Glimmer Mist and added buttons.

Page 4- This is my favorite page of the book because I love the way this photo looks. I was sitting on the grass at the park watching Aidan play and he started running to me and I captured this picture, it's what I call picture perfect! I love how it shows him, the grass, the playground, the sand, some trees and sky! I added green bling to the grass with a "Fun" embellishment and a star.

For this tag I was originally going to place it on the front cover but it didn't look right to me so I found the perfect spot for it on this page! This stamp is also CLOUD 9 stamps (it's a baby stamp set), after I stamped the sent. I embossed with my Cuttlebug.

Page 5- For this page I really wanted it to look word-y is that a word!?! LOL! The Happy Kid stickers were part of the kit, I added word stickers that describe my son next to each letter of his name. He is Awesome, Incredible, Delicate, Adorable, and Nutty!! 

I added some bling next to each letter of his name on the stickers. I also added a frog "LOL" sticker next to Nutty!! His name letters are fuzzy flocked chipboard stickers.

For the back cover I sprayed the green paper with turqoise Glimmer Mist and stamped the "This Belongs To" stamp with a Recollections stamp and wrote his name Aidan James. I did this because it reminds me of when I was in school and everyone always used to right that in their books and notebooks!
