#41 Easter Bunny Treat Bag

Hi everyone I made some rabbit poop for my son LOL!!! It was so funny watching him get so grossed out when I gave him this hahaha!!! He said "Mommy what's this?" I said a rabbits butt and rabbit poop LMBO!! He said "Ewwwww gross!!! I don't want this!" hahaha! I said you have to because it's rabbit poop candy and he made me taste one before he dug into the poop LOL!! I'm sorry but sometimes it's just way too funny teasing my 5 year old son haha!

I got the cute little bunny booty from the Silhouette Store and filled the treat bag with milk chocolate chips you know the kind you use for baking! I needed something fast and I didn't think marshmallows looked like bunny poop and I wanted to make it realistic haha! Ok you all are probably grossed out by all my butt and rabbit poop talk ROFL! hahaha!

Just make sure to enter your Easter themed projects using any Silhouette machine at the Cameo Creations Challenge BLOG for a chance at winning a $10 gift certificate to Lettering Delights!

#34 Easter Bunny Chickie Card

Hi everyone! here's a sweet little card I made about a week ago that I forgot to post for the Scrappy Moms Release Yikes! I recently bought some Cricut cartridges at a great deal of $17 so I promised myself that I have to use it at least 3 times when I first get it and not just hoard cartridges lol! So I cut the grass from the Martha Stewart Seasonal Cake Art Cricut cartridge and the Easter Bunny chick is from Create A Critter 2. I embossed the cloud background using my Cuttlebug and stamped the sentiment using Scrappy Moms Stamps new release set called FUN CELEBRATIONS stamp set. The Peachy Keen Stamp is from the PK-756 Critter Faces Set A Extra Large stamp set.

Also, be sure to check out the Peachy Keen Release party tonight at 5pm central time over on the Peachy Keen Connection, I will be posting some more Peachy Keen projects later tonight from the new release!
Have a good day!

#43 Bunnies and Blossoms Banners Blog Hop

Hi everyone!! Welcome to the Bunnies and Blossoms Banners for the Kids Blog Hop hosted by the lovely ELLEN. If you are here from Jenny's blog you are in the right spot! For those of you who are new to seeing these type of banner blog hops, we make them for a children's hospital and donate them to be hung in the kids rooms how awesome is that!

Here' s a banner I actually made last year for Easter! Well I hope you don't mind me recycling it (Ellen),  I am in my last 2 weeks of pregnancy and my DR. just put me on bed rest so I haven't really been able to craft much because of this! So I decided to donate my Easter banner to the kids since I am not using it and it's been stored in a safe place lol!

The Cricut carts I used for this are Birthday Bash, Doodlecharms, Give A Hoot and I also used Peachy Keen stamps and embossed the letters with my Cuttlebug. The mushroom and flower papers are glittery  paper from DCWV.

I hope you all have a great time hopping around and be sure to leave a comment on all the blogs for a chance to win a GORGEOUS Cricut Dust Cover (secretly hoping I win it lol!!)

NEXT STOP is JEANNIE

#41 SVG Attic DT Day Easter Bunny Treat Box

Hi everyone it's Sandra here and it's my day to post on the SVG Attic Blog , hope you are having a great St. Patty's Day so far! For today's project I made an Easter Bunny Treat Box holding Whopper Egg candies for my son's Easter basket. I LOVE the way this box is shaped, while I was assembling it a thought came to my mind...... this box would also be perfect to hold cards and envelopes and/or 4x6 photos! This box measures 4x6 inches and I stamped the sentiment and also added a little cotton tail using a Christmas pom pom from Joann's. I cut this box out using my SCAL 3 along with my Cameo.

The set I used here is called EASTER FUN and comes with a bunch of cute 3D Easter items!

#32 Easter Peeps Layout for SVG Attic DT Day

Happy LEAP DAY!!!! It's SANDRA here and for this week's project  I made  a pre-made layout for this year's Easter pics, especially after seeing these super cute cuts from the NEW set called EASTER ELEMENTS by SVG ATTIC I could NOT resist using this set ASAP lol!

The patterned papers I used here were actually from a set I got from the $1 bins at Target last year these papers are teenager themed but I think they worked out good with my Peeps! The stickers I used are thick glitter foam stickers from Creative Imaginations. I also added green pastel ribbon, pearls, purple Martha Stewart glitter and sprayed everything with "Yellow Daisy" Glimmer Mist, I just love the shimmer on the peeps in the pic above.

I cut everything here including the bunny and chick peeps, and also the butterfly with SCAL 3 and my Silhouette Cameo.

Be sure to check out my post's and the rest of the DT's daily posts for inspiration HERE on the SVG Attic Blog, along with our new color challenge!

Here's the set I used Easter Elements

#18 Easter Layout

Hi everyone this is actually my 2nd post tonight please scroll down to see my other layout I made!

I made this Easter layout of my son when he was only 2 yrs old back in 2010. He just kept grabbing eggs and then he would dump them all out and the older kids would come running trying to steal his eggs... how mean!!! Anyways I made this layout without using my Cricut or Cameo... I made it just using the stuff I had like ribbon, flowers, brads, chipboard letters, sticker, stamps, glitter and buttons. The stamp shaped die cuts I used for the banner are actually a cuttlebug die!

I am entering my layout in 2 challenges:
Die Cuttin Divas- Bows, buttons or bling (I used buttons, bling and my die cut is a Cuttlebug die!)
DCWV- Stackaholic Template Challenge (I used Nana's Kitchen Stack)

#97 Peachy Keen Guest Designer Week 14 Day 3

Hi everyone it's Sandra here again from 365 Days of Cricut on Day 3 of my Peachy Keen Stamps Guest Designer week. For my 3rd project I decided to make an Easter basket for my son Aidan (age 3),  a treat bag filled with jelly beans which I will be making more to hand out to the adults, and some very personalized eggs for Easter Egg Hunting.

Here's Aidan Easter basket he's all ready to go Easter egg hunting except he has his holiday's confused he kept saying "Happy Halloween!" LOL! When I showed him his basket.

First I added some blue/green polka dot paper I adhered with my ATG gun. FYI first I tried using a thicker cardstock/patterened paper and it did not work well, and also I tried a liquid glue and that didn't work well either. I found out that thin paper and an ATG adhesive worked best for this project. Next step cut the bunny head's from EASTER 2010 seasonal cart and stamp the faces with the new release stamps PK -441 Cute and Cuddly and I stamped the little green flowers with PK 530 Simple Simons Face Assortment.

Here's a little side view and here you can see where I added an orange border strip with my scallop punch. For the basket I used 6 bunny heads and 6 green flowers.

Here's a picture of some of the eggs. My son's favorite eggs where the Monster eggs and the bubbly tongue face from Happy New Year! Here's a list of the stamps I used for the eggs  PK 690 Make A Monster Face Assortment, PK 471 Happy New Year 1 1/8, PK 756 Critter Faces Set Extra Large, PK 757 Wide Eyed and Bushy Tailed Assortment. I stamped the faces with StazOn ink and colored some of them with Bic markers. It was also challenging to stamp the faces on the eggs but very worth it! Some of them did smudge the trick is to roll the stamp from left to right and do it very slowly! The easiest one's to stamp where the bird one's and monster ones.

For the Silly Rabbit treat bag I used a jewelery bag from Michael's it's about 3x4 and used my Martha Stewart punch and added my extra bunny I originally cut for the basket, I love how it all worked out eventhough I wasn't planning on making a treat bag LOL! I also stamped this guy's face with PK 441 Cute and Cuddly 1 1/8. P.S. it was so hard not to eat some of these yummy Starburst jelly beans, I am warning you stay away they are so addicting!

Here's what I orginally started out with a plain Easter basket AKA Easter "bucket" from Walmart and it was only $1!

Now for some blog candy! I am giving away one PK 757- Wide Eyed and Bushy Tailed Assortment all you have to do is leave me a comment , you do not have to be a follower but I would love it if you did! I will chose a Random winner on Saturday April 16th.

Thanks for stopping by I will see you tomorrow!

#140 1st Easter Layout

Here's my baby boy on his 1st Easter ever in 2008! He's not really good with taking pics LOL, it comes and goes, anyways I still had to make a layout of his 1st Easter. The bunny holding the flower is from Create a Critter, the eggs are from the Easter 2010 cartridge, 1st is from Heritage and Easter is from Designer's Calendar. I stamped the talk bubble next to the bunny and did my journaling there. I used my corner frame punch and put them in the corners next to the eggs and added yellow buttons next to them. I also put some ribbon and 2 white grommets with my crop a dile.
