#209 Happy Anniversary Abby and Mr.Scrapbookaholic!!

Hello everyone I am so excited that I was asked by Abby....you know the Scrapbookaholic Abby!!! To be her Guest Designer for today to celebrate her and her hubby's 15th wedding Anniversary congrats Abby!! Way to go 15 years....now that's a milestone, you'll have to share your secrets and marriage tips with me LOL! I had a lot of fun making this card I cut the two lovers aka Abby and Mr. Abby LOL! from  Nifty Fifties and I decided I didn't want to use all of the layers because I just wanted the silhouette of the two. I inked up the edges with Tim Holtz Worn Lipstick Distress ink, stamped the sentiment with Pink By Design Stamps and I sprayed some shimmery mist from the Smooch sprays that I got from Michael's. I also used a border punch for the border and added some yellow ribbon, a silk flower from the $1 store and a yellow brad.

Abby I am so honored that you asked me to be your Guest Designer on your special day that is so sweet of you. Your hubby is one lucky man to have such a beautiful talented woman in his life! Congrats!!!

*Please make sure to stop by Abby's Blog to give her some love on her special day she has a wonderful GIVEAWAY!!!

****If you are looking for the PEACHY KEEN BLOG HOP CLICK HERE****

This week's challenge #3 at Flaunt It Friday's is to use the CUP & Lemon from Simply Charmed page 48. If you do not own this cartridge please feel free to use any similar cut from any cartridge For those of you who are new to my blog Flaunt It Friday's is a new cricut challenge blog that I created with my friend Janis, and we have a total of 11 design team member's flaunting their cricut Cartridges every Friday!

The cup (Margarita) and limes are from Simply Charmed, I stamped all of the faces with Peachy Keen Stamps, and I also stamped the sentiment that says "If life gives you limes make Margarita's" I love that sentiment! The sentiment is from Pink By Design Stamps, I stamped with my Versamark ink and poured some white embossing powder on it and did some embossing because I really wanted to make it pop. I added a strip of blue ribbon and a pop dot underneath one of the limes. The scallop shape is from gypsy Wanderings.

For Kathy's birthday card I was orginally pulled out my Sweet Treats cart handbook and I was going to do a cake or cupcake card, but I really wanted to do something different. Then I saw this flower in the handbook and instantly I thought of making a flower replica of a PK stamp set that I have been eyeing out for a while you can see it here-> Fun Flower Rosemary I have been wanting that one forever! So here is my faux Rosemary stamp!! The flower and all of her layers are from Sweet Treats I stamped her adorable face with one of my favorite sets for winter called-> Winter Face Assortment, and I colored her nose pink and chalked her cheeks and gave her some white freckles! I stamped the sentiment "Have a Wild Birthday" because I am calling this flower a Wild Flower. The paper is from K & Company and I a embossed the Kraft paper with my Cuttlebug and added some green ribbon.

Kathy I hope you have a fun suprise birthday hop and I hope you enjoy your Rosemary flower replica card that I made just for you! We all love you and we all support Peachy Keen, and I really want you guys to make Peachy Keen Memorbila because those faces are the cutest!! I think you should make t-shirts, landyards, oven mittens, aprons, magnets....yes and I would buy it all! Hey I could decorate my whole kitchen with Peachy Keen memorbila ha ha!

For my blog candy which is 21 of my favorite papers from different companies from American Crafts, K&Comapany, DCVW, Cosmo Cricket, My Mind's Eye, & Recollections. There's is fancy, glittery, cardstock, regular paper, and embossed paper. I have already cut them for you and they are ready to be made into cards at 4.25in x 5.5in.

#200 Cricut Projects Wow!

**Click HERE to link your Sleigh Project to my NEW blog Flaunt It Friday's**

Ooooooh Bling and Candy Yummy!

Here's the back view

Pink By Design Stamps!

Inspired By Food Network Magazine!!!!!!

Here's the bling I used for my i-rock

Hi ladies it's FRIDAY!! That means time for an all new challenge at Flaunt It Friday's this week we are all Flaunting our Paper Doll Dress Up cart and the cut we chose this week is the SLEIGH on Page 74. You will have one whole week to enter your project to our challenge. Please make sure you stop by the Flaunt It Friday's blog to see an important announcement!

I am so excited that I reached another milestone....nope I didn't have a 30th or 40th birthday I reached 200 cricut projects! That is huge since my blog is 365 Days of Cricut, I am just shy of 165 projects oh well LOL! At least I still have a few more weeks left until the new year.

Now onto my project: When I bought my Food Network mag I saw this ad for the candy with the sleigh and I though hey I could do that so I did! The Sleigh is from PDDU, I cut it 2 on a cereal box chipboard, then cut 2 more on brown cardstock. I used my Gypsy to help my flip them. I cut the sleigh at 6 inches. Then I cut another cereal box chipoard to 3inches x 4.25 inches this piece will hold the candy. I was only able to fit 4 candies on it and I adhered with glue dots and overlapped them. It was really hard to glue the sleighs together because once I added candy it made the sleigh fat! So I tried Elmer's glue, my ATG gun....and finally pop dots!! Yep pop dots worked the best for the outer edges. I then added bling with my i-rock. I used some metallic bling which I have pictured above since I had questions about them last time I used them. I got the bottle at M's. I added some gold ribbon, and stamp the back side with Pink By Design Stamps 'A Taste of Christmas' and a To/From Stamp.

Please make sure you come by later this evening I will be in a 2 Day Blog Hop called Jolly Holly Hop and it will start at 730pm EST there will be awesome GIVEAWAY'S on BOTH days!
