#82 Bubbles theme for (Paper Playtime #7)

Plenty of bubbly embossing LOL!

I am so happy and excited to be Queen again at Paper Playtime for the Bubbles theme. I decided to do a LO of my son's 1st trip to the Aquarium when he was 10 months old while on vacation in Mazatlan, Mexico 2 years ago!!! I was inspired by the fish tank he was looking at in the picture here, so I used my creativity to make this Layout look exactly like a fish tank what do you think!?! I embossed pretty much everything with my cuttlebug, added some stickles, distress inks and used my Peachy Keen stamps on some of the faces.  I used 6 different carts so here is a list:

Plantin Schoolbook-   circle
Zooballo-  title and orange fish
Everyday Paper Dolls-  Purple fish
Create a Critter-  Seahorse, green plant, blue waves (it was a layer to something else that I welded together to make one long 12 inch strip) starfish, sea shell,  and yellow/red/white fish
Life's a Beach-  coppery colored coral reef
A Child's Year-  bubbles

#81 Feathered Friends LO (For Throwback Thursday)

A close up of my handmade peacock and parrot!

I love making my own flowers.

For Emma's Challenge this week it was animal themed so we had to use Zooballo. I cut the birds from Zooballoo and created my own peacock, parrot and baby parrot! I used 2 different inks to color them, then embossed and added stickles. I embossed the little red plant from CAC. The title and the large paper flower embellishment are from Give a Hoot. To make the flower I cut it in 3 different sizes then put a pop dot under each layer. The circles are from Plantin Schoolbook.  The tiny flowers, butterfly, and border strip are all punches. I added stickles to the title and places several eyelets and washers on my page finally I sanded 2 corners of my page and misted with glimmer mist.

#59 Baby Boy Card (Challenge 4 w/Joanna)

I used a star stamp for the background. Stickles on animals.

For this weeks challenge  Joanna chose the elephant and giraffe from Zooballo. I decided to make a baby card. The circle scallop and circle are from GW. I stamped the entire tan paper with a small star stamp. I added Broken China distress ink to the blue scallop circle and a blue ribbon on top.   I cut the balloon, hat and gift with tan paper and I completely changed it, I colored them with orange and blue markers and orange and blue stickles. For  the elephant and giraffe I cut them with the same blue paper I used for the scallop circle and added blue stickles. I stamped the sentiment and added more stickles. The card is 5.5x5.5

#14 Lion in Love Card

I was inspired to make a lion card just from this cute lion paper from Michaels. I thought of cartoon characters in love so that's why I made 'Heart' eyes!

#13 Small Dogs Big Heart Layout

My son Aidan was only 3 weeks here and my 2 small dogs were so careful, curious and protective around my baby.  They followed me everywhere whenever I held my baby...I guess they wanted to make sure I was taking good care of him. I felt like they were little guardian angels.
