#32 Easter Peeps Layout for SVG Attic DT Day

Happy LEAP DAY!!!! It's SANDRA here and for this week's project  I made  a pre-made layout for this year's Easter pics, especially after seeing these super cute cuts from the NEW set called EASTER ELEMENTS by SVG ATTIC I could NOT resist using this set ASAP lol!

The patterned papers I used here were actually from a set I got from the $1 bins at Target last year these papers are teenager themed but I think they worked out good with my Peeps! The stickers I used are thick glitter foam stickers from Creative Imaginations. I also added green pastel ribbon, pearls, purple Martha Stewart glitter and sprayed everything with "Yellow Daisy" Glimmer Mist, I just love the shimmer on the peeps in the pic above.

I cut everything here including the bunny and chick peeps, and also the butterfly with SCAL 3 and my Silhouette Cameo.

Be sure to check out my post's and the rest of the DT's daily posts for inspiration HERE on the SVG Attic Blog, along with our new color challenge!

#31 Baby Blog Hop Alligator Layout

Photobucket

Hi everyone welcome to the baby blog hop hosted by Sylvia from http://bellascrapbookdesigns.blogspot.com/ if you are here from Sylvia's blog then you are in the right spot! Here's a sweet blog hop all about babies, I really wanted to be part of it since I will be having my sweet baby girl here in about 5 more weeks, I am so excited it's going by pretty fast and before you know it I will be a mother of 2 instead of 1!

In honor of me having a new arrival soon I decided to finally make my baby her first layout for her baby scrapbook album. The alligator is from Lettering Delights called "Love Bites" which I cut out using my SCAL3 along with my Silhouette Cameo. I did some embossing on the alligator and also on the umbrella and added Stickles, inking and bling, I also stamped the eyes using PKS Winter Wonderland faces. The flowers are all Prima and I added pink pearls to the centers and used 2 different Glimmer Mist sprays. The glitter chipboard letters are from We R Memory Keepers. I cut the outer doily square shape and the scalloped rectangle for the mat using files from the Silhouette store.

Thank you for hopping with us today!

For Mason's card I went with n outer space theme my inspiration for my card was my son Aidan who is obsessed with aliens right now. I figured if my little boy likes aliens Mason will probably like aliens too! The svg set I used is called "Out of This World SVG Collection" by SVG Cuts.

To create Mason's card I made a long card to fit into a regular size business envelope the card is 4 x 9.25 inches long! I cut out the alien, star and sentiment using SCAL 3 along with my lovely Silhouette Cameo. Check out this sentiment it's only 1.5 inches with lots of detail and it cut perfectly, love my Cameo! I also added googly eyes, a ribbon bow tie, Stickles, ribbon and I used a border punch to create the tiny dots.

#28 SVG Attic Wednesday 2 Page Layout

Good morning! It's SANDRA here and today is my day to post on the SVG Attic Blog and I made a 2 page layout featuring one of my favorite sets which is Erin's Scalloped Trims, I guess I love this set so much because it's a great alternative to border punches plus it's a major space saver LOL! These pictures were taken at the San Diego Zoo and I used a few cuts from my Paisley, Tags, Bags Boxes & More, and Life's A Party Cricut cartridges to create these layouts, I also added some bling on top of the borders from SVG Attic.

Here's the set I used from the SVG Attic store ERIN'S SCALLOPED TRIMS

Lights on....

There are so many people who light up my life.... my hubby, my son Aidan, my 2 little dogs, and the little Princess I have growing in my tummy (who arrives in April!). But I had to make a layout with a great picture that I had on hand, so here is a picture of me and my son I just love smothering him with hugs, kisses and all my love! I never understood why so many people loved being a mom until I became one myself to this little man 4 years ago, I love you Aidan!!!!

I made this layout using my Silhouette Cameo and found the 4 lamps and marquee shapes in the Silhouette store they are all Lori Whitlock files. For the title I used some glitter stickers, I also added a large Prima flower with some large grey buttons. I added yellow Stickles to all of the lamps.

#26 Chinese New Year 2- Page Layout

Hi everyone! Here's a layout I made of us celebrating Chinese New Year 2010 the year of the "Tiger". We went to this awesome parade in Chinatown Los Angeles, CA. It was our first time ever seeing something like this I loved every minute of it! There were so many colorful floats and dragons and dancers, along with people doing karate it's a must see!

All of the cuts I used here are from the Pagoda Cricut cartridge, and the sentiment is from Designer's Calendar Cricut cartridge. I got this gorgeous stack of patterned paper from KI Memories for only $5 at Ross, I love getting good deals on supplies! I also added Stickles, black glitter brads, rick rack ribbon, and some black ribbon on the bottom.
