#73, 74 Birthday Purse Set

Hi everyone I hope you all had a great weekend, I sure did I got to go to the beach 2 days in a row! I was pretty happy because I love going to the beach and plus I caught some pretty good waves yesterday on my boogie board! I love boogie boarding especially when I'm really far out in the water and the waves bring me all the way to the sand, it's so fun!

For today's project I made a purse birthday gift set for my mom's b-day coming up using the CTMH Artiste Cricut Cartridge and this months Stamp of the Month "Baraoque Borders" which you can get for only $5 HERE!!! I also used a pearl from the Opaques Mocha Adhesive Gems and placed velcro on the inside flap of the purse. This purse is really cute because it has an outside pocket and that's where I put some tulle. I stamped the entire outside pocket and the entire card with the Baroque Borders Stamp Set and placed black tulle all over the card. The banner cut is from Artiste along with the coordinating Happy Birthday stamp from the Artiste Collection.

I love this cartridge especially because there are so many stamps that go exactly with the cartridge and you don't have to cut anything out by hand you just use the same measurements that are posted on each stamp set.

#72 CTMH Movie Popcorn Box

Hi everyone! Here's a picture of my son Aidan modeling the popcorn box I made using the CTMH Cricut Artiste Cartridge , the entire set is in the same page.... popcorn box, mustache, title and scallop shape. I had a lot of fun making this and it was quick and easy.  I think these would make awesome Christmas gift especially when filled with the BEST popcorn in the world from http://www.popcornopolis.com/ man that stuff is sooooooo good, did I mention it was the BEST popcorn in the world! lol!

#71 Big Shoes To Fill Layout

Good afternoon! I made another layout here for a picture I took of my son wearing his daddy's shoes I just couldn't stop laughing when he came out wearing his shoes lol! The pattern I used here is called BIg Shoes To Fill by KaDoodle Bug Designs, I cut everything out using my Cameo and stamped the face with Peachy Keen Stamps Boy Mates.  I embossed the gray paper using my Cuttlebug, and inked the edges with CTMH Slate and Chocolate Inks.

#70 Orange themed Layout

Hi everyone! For today's project I made  a layout all about oranges and my hidden talent I found out about last summer...... I can peel an orange in ONE piece woo-hoo!! My son asked me for an orange and I wasn't even thinking about peeling it in one piece until I did! I know it's pretty crazy of me to do all this work on a layout just to capture  that one picture, but hey I have to scrapbook everything that way my future generations know everything about me LOL!

All the cuts here are from the Tutti Frutti Orange pattern from KaDoodle Bug Designs and I used my PKS kit of the month for January for the faces. The font was a free download. I also added Prima flowers, bling, Stickles and buttons.

#68 #69 Close to My Heart Cards

Hi everyone! I feel like it's been awhile since I've posted, I have had such a busy week! I celebrated my 29th birthday, I joined Close To My Heart ,  I just became the newest DT member for KaDoodle Bug Designs , I went to Universal Studios Hollywood, I took my son school shopping he's starting Kindergarten next week! and I went to the beach yesterday to get out of this 108 degree weather!

I got my CTMH Kit and FREE Totebag and let's just say I am VERY impressed with CTMH products! These are very high quality products I think even better then Michaels and other craft stores stuff. It just feels more luxurious lol! It costs $49 to join and be a consultant and you get a beautiful FREE totebag  to carry all your crafty goodies in it and even 12x12 paper and/or a scrapbook album will fit in it. The kit came with so much stuff in it I couldn't believe my eyes, even if you join CTMH just for the $49 kit its totally worth it! You can view it HERE

For this card I used the new Avonlea Kit for the paper, cardstock and stamp sentiment. I also added rick rack ribbon which was from my own stash. If you don't want to buy the who kit you can also purchase the paper pack seperately the stamp set is exclusive and only sold in the kit.

For this card I also used the AVONLEA WORKSHOP ON THE GO KIT the 2 flower stamps that I stamped over the white paper with Slate ink and added crinkle ribbon and a pearl from the Mocha Gems.

I have one more thing to show you guys, I'm so excited I got my Cricut ARTISTE Collection and it came with all this stuff!! Except the stamp set on the top right that is the AUGUST Stamp of the month called Baroque Borders. I LOVE this cart and I LOVE these stamps they are all 6x6 inch stamp sets thats a lot of stamps per set! I also got 3- 8.5x11 inch sets of chipboard that all coordinate with the cart. So do the stamps, thats the main reason I got the cart so I can have dies that go with the stamps,I am very happy with my purchase this was also my birthday present for myself lol perfect timing!

#66 Exciting News and Baby Girl Scrapbook Page

Hi everyone I'm so excited to announce that I am the newest DT member for KaDoodle Bug Designs and this is my first project using Springtime Critters and Strawberry Mouse Peeker. I cut everting out using my Cameo and these files come with a .studio file so you won't need any additional software besides your Silhouette Studio software. You can also use these files with SCAL 3 or MTC.

I made this layout for my baby girl Olivia's scrapbook and so far this is only my 2nd layout, I need to catch up! I added Stickles, bling and Christmas ribbon!
