I wanted this LO to look fresh, fresh like the water. I cut the swirly's and the frame from SB the font is PS. On the frame I added silver stickles to a darker blue paper. The glittery blue patterened paper is from the Spring Glitter Stack from Joann's.
I like this LO..it does look 'fresh' lol! I really like the swirly frame!
